While a probate administration is not required at the death of most of our clients, if a probate administration is necessary, we can provide assistance and advice, based on our extensive experience and knowledge in providing this service.

It is also often possible to remedy, after the death of a loved one or acquaintance, the failure to properly plan ahead of time.  Prompt and knowledgeable attention, after death, may result in improvements where inadequate or erroneous planning occurred, or where circumstances have changed since the plan was put in place, rendering the application of the plan deficient in some regard.  This post-death planning can sometimes save beneficiaries hundreds of thousands of dollars in estate taxes and can improve the distribution plan.
